How much does each buyer cost?
It depends on your listing's category and price. Low-margin categories (cars, real estate) get a smaller base cost relative to price; high-margin categories (jewelry, accessories) pay more. Your plan multiplies that base cost (Pro ×1, Business ×1.5). Use the calculator on this page to see the exact number before publishing.
Do credits expire?
No. The credits you buy are yours and never expire.
What happens on the Free plan?
The Free plan gives you 5 buyers per month at no cost, no credits required. Once you use them all, buyers can't see your contact info until the next month — or you can upgrade to Pro.
Can I change plans?
Yes, whenever you want, and it's free and instant. The change applies from the next buyer you receive.
Is there a commission on my sales?
Never. You only pay for the buyers you receive. Everything you close with a buyer is 100% yours.
What if a seller lowers their price to pay less per buyer?
The cost is calculated using the price active at the exact moment the buyer messages you through "Buy". Changing the price afterward doesn't affect what was already charged. Additionally, if reviews consistently show the real sale price is much higher than the listed price, the account can be reviewed and sanctioned.
What counts as a "buyer"?
A buyer is someone who pressed "Buy" and confirmed real purchase intent, accepting the responsible-use rules. It is not a question — those go to the Questions tab, AI-moderated, and don't cost you credits — nor a guaranteed sale: it is a high-intent contact. The vast majority of buyers who reach you are ready to close.
