Refund Policy

1. Sterlix does not charge for your purchases

Sterlix does not process payment for the products or services offered between users. What you pay for a product you pay directly to the seller, outside the Platform. Therefore, refunds for those purchases are handled between you and the seller, according to what you agreed and the applicable consumer protection rules.

2. The only thing Sterlix charges: prepaid balance

What Sterlix charges you, as a seller, is the prepaid balance you add and use for the contacts you receive from buyers. That balance is access to the tool: it is drawn down as you receive contacts, spendable only inside Sterlix, and not redeemable for cash or withdrawable.

3. Refund of unused balance

You can request a refund of a top-up you have not yet used, within 14 days of the top-up, provided that:

• The balance from that top-up has not been spent on received contacts.
• The account is not suspended for breaching these terms.
• The request is made through the Help Center from the account that made the purchase.

Balance already spent on contacts is not refundable, because the service (the connection) has already been provided. The bonus added to each top-up is not refunded. This is a refund of the top-up to the original payment method: the balance is not withdrawable and is not electronic money.

4. Duplicate charges or errors

If you notice a duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charge, write to us through the Help Center as soon as possible. We will review the case and, where appropriate, issue the refund.

5. Service status

Sterlix is rolling out gradually and top-up and purchase features are being enabled step by step. This policy applies to top-ups made once payment is available in your account.
